Today we have a very original review. My friends from the hacker group “Medusa” decided not to be petty and hacked the “Institute of Space Technologies” (www.ist.edu.pk ) Let me quote information about this institute: The Institute of Space Technology (also known as Ist) is a public university located in Islamabad, Pakistan. It focuses on the study of astronomy, aerospace equipment and astronautics. It was established in 2002 under the auspices of the National Space Agency of Pakistan. IST offers a wide range of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in partnership with Beihan University and the University of Surrey. Since 2008, IST has a certified ISO management standard. IST is located in a 573-acre campus on the outskirts of Islamabad. This is one of the best educational institutions according to the rating of the Commission on Higher Education. In the fall of 2008, the Institute launched a bachelor’s degree program in materials science and engineering, as well as a postgraduate program in communications. Since the fall of 2011, the Institute has been launching an additional bachelor’s degree program in electrical engineering instead of engineering systems. Within the framework of these local programs, the institute cooperates with the University of Beyhans, the Northern Polytechnic University (NPU) in China and the University of Surrey (Unis) in the UK, offering relevant master’s programs in more than a dozen regions. The undergraduate programs offered by IST are approved by the Higher Education Commission and accredited by the Engineering Council of Pakistan. Thanks to the Foreign Teachers Program, we have a significant number of specialized teachers at IST who have brought home many years of experience working abroad. On November 21, 2013, the Institute launched the first Pakistani satellite Cubesat Icube-1 aboard the Dnepr launch vehicle from the Yasny Cosmodrome, Russia. The signal transmitted by it can be heard in the VHF range. It has a mass of 1.1 kg and a volume of 10 cubic cm, it contains several sensors for data collection for scientific purposes. ICUBE-1 is a fully autonomous satellite and is able to maintain its operability with the help of an on-board computer. ICUBE-1 will open up a wide range of future experiments that can be carried out on Cubesat in the fields of imaging, microgravity, biology, nanotechnology, space dynamics, chemistry, space physics and many other fields. Cubsates can also become a testbed for the development of satellite groups for specific applications. The institution is also actively involved in the development of defense technologies, communication systems and other things.” I do not know what to comment on here. I’m shocked. A bunch of secret documents, the development of missiles, drones, satellites, airplanes, weapons. Personal data of employees. And many, many more things. Watch my video review, you won’t see this anywhere – I promise you that.
