💻 Presented by WWCode Data Science Event: Guide to Data Science Job Roles
Often times, we notice that if someone wants to enter the data science domain, or switch careers and get into a data role, their first impulse is to hunt a "data scientist" position which gets difficult at times because of how differently companies define this job role. At this point, focusing on your strengths could be the right place to start with and identifying which data role has requirements that best match your skills.
This event details all the different job roles that fall under the Data Science and AI Domain. It will involve a brief overview of the descriptions of all job roles, tech stack involved, qualifications needed, resources to study from etc.
Speaker: Mansi Priya
About Mansi: Mansi is currently employed as a Data Scientist in Stockholm, Sweden. She considers herself a 'Logical Fortune Teller,' who can tell predictions based on data. Because she is interested in psychology, she enjoys working on machine learning models which can detect uncovered patterns in the data and predict the future. Aside from her regular job, she has recently begun participating in open-source projects and hackathons. She is currently one of the 8 mentors under the WWCode Data Science's Mentorship Program. She loves food and is always looking for good restaurants and food recommendations.
