This is 'Sonny' the UV Budgie. He goes online and looks up weather data from the Met Office API for your area - specifically for UV Rays, which can cause sunburn and increase the risk of skin cancer.
Did you know, even on a cloudy day, 80% of harmful UV rays can pass through, so it's not about it being 'sunny', as much as the UV Index, that you and your family need to be aware of.
