After a visit to the doctor, computer sciences student Flavia Oprea noticed that many diseases have “loss of balance” as a common symptom, which led her to a simple conclusion: early discovery and treatment of this symptom would allow us to avoid complications and maybe even disease altogether. Thus, she created ENTy, a simple device that helps doctors perform balance tests easily and comfortably, while also sending anonymous data that allow us to track diseases in various categories of people and discover them #aheadoftime
